Terms of service
Terms of Service
These terms govern purchases from Hojicha Haus at wholesale-matcha.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Wholesale purchases
Products on this site are sold in wholesale quantities intended for commercial use or food service. Buyers reselling our products are responsible for holding a valid resale certificate or seller's permit where required, and for complying with all applicable food handling, labeling, and business regulations in their jurisdiction.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at the time your order is placed apply to that order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund.
Product descriptions, cost-per-drink figures, and yield estimates are provided in good faith and based on our recommended dosing. Actual yield varies with preparation method and serving size.
Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout unless separate written terms have been agreed. We accept major credit cards and other methods shown at checkout.
Product information and food safety
Our products are agricultural goods from Japan. Color, flavor, and aroma vary naturally between harvests and lots. Store sealed, cool, and away from light; refrigerate after opening.
It is the buyer's responsibility to review product information and ensure suitability for their intended use, including any allergen or dietary disclosures they provide to their own customers.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval you select until you skip, pause, or cancel. You can manage your subscription from your account at any time. Discounts apply to subscription orders only and can't be combined with other offers unless stated.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
