Sourced from Horii Shichimeien in Uji, Kyoto — one of the region's long-standing tea houses — this is a blended ceremonial grade built for cafés that need one matcha to do everything.

Vivid spring green, smooth and full without the sharp edge that makes lower grades hard to work with. It whisks clean, holds its color, and doesn't go bitter when your team is moving fast. Straight with water it's balanced and drinkable. In milk it stays present instead of disappearing — the reason this is our most versatile kilo.
