Sourced from Osada Seicha in Shizuoka — a fourth-generation producer founded in 1948, working with growers in the Tenryu mountains. Osada Natsumi, their tea master, holds 8th-dan rank in tea appraisal and won Japan's 58th National Tea Appraisal competition.

A ceremonial grade blend of Yabukita and Yutakamidori. Yabukita is the classic Japanese cultivar and gives this matcha its balanced backbone; Yutakamidori brings the color and a natural sweetness that keeps astringency low. The result is a wholesale matcha built for volume — vivid green, smooth, and forgiving when your bar is moving fast.

Whisked with water it's clean and drinkable, no bitter edge to manage. In milk it holds its color instead of going grey, which is why this is the kilo we recommend for cafés and coffee shops serving matcha lattes all day.

Cost per drink: $1.30 at a 4g dose — 250 drinks per kilo. Subscribe and it's $1.24.
