Deep mahogany in the cup. Toasty and nutty up front, caramel through the middle, with a clean puffed-rice finish. It's forgiving to work with — no bitterness to manage, no technique required, and it holds up beautifully in milk hot or iced.

Noticeably lower in caffeine than matcha. That makes it the drink your customers order at 4pm when they've already had coffee, and the one you can hand to someone avoiding caffeine without sending them to a steamed milk.
